Title Translation: To enrich the mitochondrial genome data of the family Dolichopodidae and further understand the characteristics of mitochondrial genome and phylogenetic relationships among different taxonomic ranks within the subfamily Dolichopodinae, this study sequenced and compared the mitochondrial genomes of ten species of Dolichopodinae insects using bioinformatics techniques and methods. The basic composition characteristics of the subfamily mitochondrial genome were analyzed, and the phylogenetic tree of the family Dolichopodidae was reconstructed to explore the evolutionary relationships among different taxonomic ranks within the subfamily Dolichopodinae and the family Dolichopodidae. In addition, the structural information of protein-coding genes in the mitochondrial genome of representative species of Dolichopodidae was predicted and analyzed, laying a theoretical foundation for further molecular systematic evolution research of the family Dolichopodidae.
