Situational dialogue 1: Invited to a party

Person A: Hey, I just got your party invitation! I'm so excited to come. I'll be driving my car to your place. Can you give me some directions on the easiest way to get there?

Person B: That's great! I'm glad you can make it. So, when you're driving, the easiest way to get to my place is to take the highway and then exit at the City Center off-ramp. From there, you'll want to turn left onto Main Street.

Person A: Okay, got it. Turn left onto Main Street after the City Center off-ramp. Then what?

Person B: After turning left onto Main Street, you'll want to keep going straight for about two blocks. Eventually, you'll reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout, which is Grand Avenue.

Person A: Alright, I'll take the second exit at the roundabout onto Grand Avenue. What's next?

Person B: Once you're on Grand Avenue, you'll just need to keep driving straight for about half a mile. You'll see my apartment building on the left side, just after passing the Grand Theater.

Person A: Perfect! Drive straight on Grand Avenue for half a mile, and I'll find your apartment building after the Grand Theater. Thanks for the directions!

Situational dialogue 2: Giving directions to Royal Bank

Person A: Excuse me, can I help you with something?

Person B: Yes, actually, I'm trying to find the Royal Bank. Can you tell me how to get there?

Person A: Of course! So, you're going to want to head straight down this street until you reach the roundabout.

Person B: Okay, go straight until I reach the roundabout. Then what?

Person A: Once you're at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Main Street.

Person B: Got it, second exit onto Main Street. What's next?

Person A: After that, continue straight on Main Street for about three blocks. You'll pass the Grand Theater on your left.

Person B: Three blocks on Main Street, and I'll see the Grand Theater on my left. Then what?

Person A: Exactly. After passing the Grand Theater, make a right turn onto Bank Avenue. The Royal Bank will be on your left, just a few buildings down.

Person B: Alright, turn right onto Bank Avenue after the Grand Theater, and the Royal Bank will be on my left. Thanks for the directions!
