Abstract：

Hemophilia is a common genetic disease, mainly manifested as a lack or abnormality of coagulation factors, leading to bleeding tendency. Human coagulation factor therapy is currently the main treatment for hemophilia. This article reviews the history, current situation and future development trends of human coagulation factor therapy for hemophilia. At the same time, the types of drugs, doses, routes of administration, adverse reactions and other aspects of human coagulation factor therapy for hemophilia are introduced in detail, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and discussed.
