C10D Performance in Distinguishing Improved Group: ROC Curve Analysis

In addition, we successfully generated a Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve (Figure 5) to assess the performance of C10D in distinguishing the improved group. The area under the curve (AUC) was calculated to be 0.762 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.710-0.815), and the statistical analysis yielded a highly significant p-value of less than 0.0001. These findings affirm that C10D exhibits a notable sensitivity in accurately discriminating the improved group, thereby establishing the statistical significance of our results.
