Abstract: This paper compares and analyzes Yuen-Zi Holdings and Taoli Bread from the perspectives of business model positioning, operational mechanism, profit model, cash flow structure, and enterprise value. By comparing and analyzing the business models of the two companies, it is found that Yuen-Zi Holdings focuses on brand building and product innovation, has a complete business system and key resource capabilities, adopts diversified profit models, has a stable cash flow structure, and has higher enterprise value; while Taoli Bread focuses on channel expansion and cost control, has relatively weak business system and key resource capabilities, adopts a single profit model, has a tense cash flow structure, and needs to improve its enterprise value. This paper aims to provide reference and guidance for food enterprises in terms of business model.
