I understand uncertainty in economic terms as the ability to predict which events will or will not happen in the future. Events can be classified into three categories:

1. Certain events that will definitely happen, such as the arrival of spring after winter, the cracking of frozen rivers at certain latitudes during summer, and the return of swallows in August or September. These events have happened in the past and will continue to happen in the future.

2. Events that may or may not happen in the future, but can be predicted based on the probability of past events.
