NOI Dashboard Pilot Plan: Addressing RCM Team Concerns

I discussed the NOI dashboard pilot plan with Witty and Leah. After reviewing the email, it seems that the RCM team has expressed concerns regarding the number of BP SME/POC (approximately 100 individuals) who have access to the dashboard. Our proposed solution is to address these concerns by limiting access to a select group and implementing a RO coaching plan that focuses on improving the submission validity rate of BOs through targeted coaching.
