杭州涉嫌签证欺诈案：两名被告人提供虚假材料骗取工作类居留许可

Between 2018 and 2021, the defendants Collins and Tong Lin individually sought clients and, knowingly that the foreign nationals did not meet the visa application requirements, provided false documents to deceive the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau in obtaining work-related residence permits, and collected fees from the foreign nationals. Ruan Liyang, with full knowledge of the aforementioned facts, assisted in the visa processing. Lin Youwei, also aware of the aforementioned facts, provided virtual addresses for the registration of companies and visa applications for foreign nationals. Among them, Collins unlawfully profited by facilitating the acquisition of work-related residence permits for at least 10 foreign nationals on 21 occasions.
