本文研究了退役士兵大学生朋辈引导作用的实践与探究,以武昌工学院为例。通过分析大学生退役士兵的现状和问题,探讨了朋辈引导在解决退役士兵大学生问题方面的作用。通过对武昌工学院朋辈引导项目的实践进行研究,发现朋辈引导能够帮助退役士兵大学生适应大学学习和生活,提高学习成绩和生活质量。同时,朋辈引导还能够帮助退役士兵大学生树立正确的学习态度和生活态度,提高自我管理能力和自我认知水平。本文认为朋辈引导是一种有效的解决退役士兵大学生问题的方法,是值得大力推广和实践的。

Abstract:

This paper studies the practice and exploration of peer guidance for retired soldiers in universities, taking Wuhan Institute of Technology as an example. By analyzing the current situation and problems of retired soldiers in universities, the role of peer guidance in solving the problems of retired soldiers in universities is discussed. Through the research on the peer guidance project of Wuhan Institute of Technology, it is found that peer guidance can help retired soldiers adapt to university learning and life, improve their learning performance and quality of life. At the same time, peer guidance can also help retired soldiers establish correct learning attitudes and life attitudes, improve their self-management ability and self-cognition level. This paper believes that peer guidance is an effective way to solve the problems of retired soldiers in universities, and it is worth promoting and practicing.
