NOI Submission Dashboard Access Revoked: RO Coaching Pilot to Improve Submission Validity

SQ is preparing to launch the RO Coaching Pilot, which involves selecting a group of pilot users for the NOI Submission Dashboard. These users will be provided with targeted training material for AM to educate BO, with the aim of improving the submission validity rate. After the pilot phase, SQ will evaluate its effectiveness and contemplate expanding it on a larger scale in the future. The NOI Submission Dashboard access will be revoked for program purposes during this pilot.
