The original band of the Western blot used in the paper is presented below, which should be sufficient to support my manuscript. Due to the large molecular weight range, it is challenging to ensure that all indicators are measured on a PVDF membrane. If you require me to upload the complete blots and include the molecular marker in each blot, I can provide the results of multiple unsuccessful attempts, along with data analysis to reconstruct the complete image. Additionally, if you believe that the current raw images are insufficient evidence, I can upload the failed experimental images as well, as per your request.
