SPRO Company Cost Assessment Approval - Generator, PPE, Elevating Work Platforms, and Oil Drum

Due to SPRO Company's insistence that generators were used on January 17th and 18th, and electrically driven equipment was used during the cleaning process on these two days, we recommend accepting the generator usage fees for these two days. Based on our assessment, the daily cost is approximately CNY 2000. Therefore, this cost will be increased by CNY 4000 in addition to the previous assessment.

After our previous discussion, SPRO Company has provided the contract and invoices for the purchase of personal protective equipment, which also shows that the purchase price of some PPE items is higher than the tariff rate. Additionally, they have mentioned that the cost of cleaning and reusing PPE could be high and poses certain risks. Considering these cleaning costs and associated risks, we recommend accepting the cost of PPE losses. However, the price should be according to the tariff. Therefore, this cost will be increased by CNY 40,515 in addition to the previous assessment.

SPRO also provides a rental contract for elevating work platforms. According to the contract, the rental price for this item is CNY 5000 for 8 hours. If the usage is less than 4 hours, it shall be calculated as 4 hours. As the tariff does not include this item, we have adjusted the assessment based on the rental contract. Only 2 units of elevating work platforms were used on January 18, and SPRO is requesting a total of CNY 6000 for this item. Therefore, we approved the cost of this item and will include an additional CNY 2625 in the previous assessment (previous assessment was CNY 3375).

SPRO company states that the cost of the Floating Oil Storage Sac Oil Drum, which was incurred on January 29th, was charged by the environmental company, and they have provided corresponding receipts as evidence. The receipts show the unit price of the drum was CNY 160. They argue that the environmental company prohibited SPRO company from using oil drums from alternative sources to contain pollutants due to potential risks, leaving SPRO company with no other viable options. Taking into account the aforementioned circumstances, we hereby approve the additional cost of CNY 12800 based on the previous assessment (CNY 6400).
