Engineering Machinery Rental Contract

This Engineering Machinery Rental Contract (the 'Contract') is made and entered into on this [Date] (the 'Effective Date') by and between [Rental Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Address] (the 'Rental Company'), and [Renter Name], with its principal place of business at [Address] (the 'Renter').
