The improved power sensor adopts a dual-line structure as shown in Figure 2. One end, called the working end, is used for introducing terahertz power, while the other end is used to compensate for the influence of ambient temperature and is called the compensating end. In order to achieve effective compensation, the thermodynamic characteristics of both ends are made as consistent as possible. Both ends are equipped with thermoresistance and heating resistance. The thermoresistance is connected to the Whetstone bridge in the power meter for temperature measurement. The heating resistance at the compensating end is used to set the bias power for different ranges, while the heating resistance at the working end is used for DC substitution.
