Online Audit Scoring Inaccuracies: Addressing Subjectivity and Lack of Context
There are many similar problems with this type of scoring system. Because it's an online audit, those scoring our work can't see a lot of the actual tasks we complete. This forces them to rely on their own assumptions when evaluating us, which doesn't accurately reflect the work being done.
