Firstly, in order to overcome language barriers, I suggest making full use of available resources to study and practice Chinese. Secondly, to cope with cultural differences, I recommend getting acquainted with Chinese culture and customs through making friends with local Chinese students, reading, watching movies, visiting museums, and more. Additionally, you can take advantage of the vast learning resources at our university library.

I am a senior student at our university. I am writing this letter to offer my humble suggestions regarding the health issues of college students.

The deteriorating physical fitness of students has become an urgent problem. Recent reports have revealed that during a freshman military training session, 6,000 medical visits were recorded for 3,500 students, which is alarming. I believe the root cause lies in the excessive emphasis on exam scores. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the examination-oriented system and stress the value of health. Physical education should be made a compulsory subject for all students. Additionally, exercise opportunities such as sports events would be invaluable for students.
