Parental Caregiving Burden and the Importance of Befriending in Interventions
Our qualitative findings revealed a prominent theme: the overwhelming responsibility faced by parents as sole caregivers, often at the expense of their own well-being and needs. Consequently, incorporating befriending as an intervention component within the intervention group can be highly beneficial.
