Enhance Library Services for an Optimal User Experience

As a student and frequent library visitor, I must commend the excellent services provided. However, I have a few suggestions to enhance the user experience. Firstly, installing self-service borrowing and returning machines would bring convenience. Secondly, implementing an online reservation system for reading rooms would reduce wait times. Furthermore, actively seeking feedback through traditional suggestion boxes and modern online forms would be appreciated. I would be immensely grateful if you could consider my suggestions.
