煤炭合同补充协议当质量条款、运输方式、数量、发到站、价格发生变化后需要在原合同基础上重行签订补充协议；补充协议价格对应当期分公司招标价格。签订补充协议前客户首先会发补充协议函到销售部门确认销售核对确认后上报分管领导、总经理审批。若变更协议和原有合同条款冲突以最新变更协议为准。
