Synergistic Effect Evaluation of Pollution and Carbon Reduction in Liquor Wastewater Treatment Plants: An Entropy Weight and DEA Model Approach
This paper presents an evaluation of the synergistic effect of pollution and carbon reduction in a liquor wastewater treatment plant using the Entropy Weight Method and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. The study aims to assess the combined impact of these two environmental objectives on the overall performance of the treatment plant. The Entropy Weight Method is used to determine the relative importance of various indicators related to pollution and carbon reduction, while the DEA model is employed to evaluate the efficiency of the treatment plant based on these indicators. The results of the analysis provide insights into the trade-offs between pollution reduction and carbon reduction and identify potential areas for improvement in the treatment plant's operations. The findings highlight the importance of considering both pollution and carbon reduction in wastewater treatment plant design and management to achieve environmental sustainability.
