Specifically, I would like to know if it is permissible to utilize the JS frontend UI framework NaïveUI (https://www.naiveui.com/) and a DB management client such as DBeaver (https://dbeaver.io/) in our project.

I understand that the guidelines for the assignment may not specify the use of these particular tools, but I believe that they could greatly enhance the functionality and overall quality of our project. With your permission, I would like to incorporate them into my work.
