Wheat Yield and Water Use Optimization: A 6-Year Field Trial Analysis
In this study, our main objective was to analyze data obtained from a 6-year field trial. We aimed to achieve the following goals: (i) Evaluate the grain yield and water use of three different water treatments. (ii) Investigate the factors contributing to yield differences among the different water treatments. (iii) Determine the sources of interannual yield variability influenced by weather conditions combined with water management.
By addressing these objectives, our ultimate goal was to provide a theoretical basis for effective wheat management in regions facing water security challenges due to changing climatic conditions.
