The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a few minutes away from major bus stops and train stations, making it an ideal location for commuters. The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a study table, and a chair. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a clean bathroom.

You must be a non-smoker, respectful and clean. Rent is $500 per month, which includes utilities and internet. Move-in date is flexible, but preferably within the next two weeks.
