本文对肇庆市三只松鼠仓库管理进行了研究。通过调查分析，发现该仓库存在一些问题，如订单管理不规范、货物存放混乱、人员管理不当等。针对这些问题，提出了一些优化方案，如实行严格的订单管理制度、优化货物存放布局、加强人员培训和管理等。同时，还探讨了信息化技术在仓库管理中的应用，建议引入物联网技术，实现对仓库内物品的实时监控和管理。最后，本文总结了优化方案的实施效果和存在的问题，提出了进一步改进的思路和建议，为肇庆市三只松鼠仓库管理的持续发展提供了参考。英文翻译

This article focuses on the warehouse management of Sanzhi Songshu in Zhaoqing. Through investigation and analysis, it was found that the warehouse has some problems such as irregular order management, chaotic storage of goods, and improper personnel management. In response to these issues, some optimization solutions were proposed, such as implementing strict order management system, optimizing the layout of goods storage, and strengthening personnel training and management. Meanwhile, the application of information technology in warehouse management was discussed, and it was suggested to introduce IoT technology to achieve real-time monitoring and management of items in the warehouse. Finally, the article summarizes the implementation effects and problems of the optimization solutions, and puts forward further improvement ideas and suggestions, providing references for the sustainable development of Sanzhi Songshu's warehouse management in Zhaoqing.
