我是蚌埠医学院的护理本科生，跨考的复旦大学的公共卫生与预防医学专业。本科获过校级二等奖学金、三等奖学金，获得过校级优秀团员、优秀志愿者、优秀班干部，参与过一个国家级大创，献血超过1000ml，通过六级，大一去过养老院给老人测血压，大二去给留守儿童讲解预防疾病的知识，疫情期间捐血并在社区当志愿者，大四在杭州师范大学附属医院实习，根据以上信息判断并用英语回答老师的提问“你对你至今所取得的进步怎么看?”要能体现你是一个长期主义者，你做这些只有一个核心

I believe that my progress so far has been a result of my commitment to long-term growth and development. Each experience and achievement has been a step towards my ultimate goal of becoming a skilled and compassionate public health professional. I see these accomplishments not as individual successes, but as part of a larger journey of continuous learning and improvement.

My core motivation has been a desire to have a positive impact on the world around me, through improving health outcomes and promoting wellbeing. This has driven me to seek out opportunities to learn and contribute, from participating in research projects to volunteering in my community. I believe that it is through these small, consistent efforts that real progress is made, and I am committed to continuing to work towards my goals in the years to come.
