Elevating Work Platform Rental Cost Adjustment - SPRO Project

This document clarifies the adjusted cost for elevating work platforms rented from SPRO for the project.

SPRO provides elevating work platforms for rent based on an 8-hour workday, priced at CNY5000. Importantly, even if the usage is less than 4 hours, the rental duration is still calculated as 4 hours. This information is detailed in the rental contract provided by SPRO.

The existing tariff did not factor in elevating work platforms. Therefore, to accurately reflect the project expenses, an adjustment was necessary based on the terms outlined in the rental contract.

On January 18th, the project utilized 2 units of elevating work platforms. SPRO has invoiced a total of CNY6000 for these rentals. Following a review of the rental contract and the project's usage, we have approved this cost.

Consequently, an additional CNY4000 has been added to the original assessment to accommodate the rental of the elevating work platforms.
