ANSYS Workbench Shape Optimization: Topology Optimization of a Frame

In ANSYS Workbench, the Shape Optimization module is utilized to perform topology optimization on the frame. The simplified model employed in the static analysis is still utilized for selecting the analytical model. The frame is used as an assembly, and the contact relationship between the parts is established using bound contact. Solid186 element is employed to mesh the frame model, with a mesh size of 20mm. The material assigned to the frame remains Q345 structural steel, which possesses a density of 7850Kg/m³, a modulus of elasticity of 2.0e+11N/mm², and a Poisson's ratio of 0.3.
