Frame Analysis: Deformation and Stress Distribution under Working Condition

The boundary conditions for the current working condition are summarized in Table 2. Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 depict cloud diagrams illustrating the deformation and stress distribution of the frame under this working condition. The calculation results reveal that the frame experiences a maximum deformation of 1.29mm. This maximum deformation is observed along the longitudinal beam located between the 3rd and 4th crossbeams. Moreover, the frame encounters a maximum stress of 94MPa, which is significantly lower than the allowable stress of the material, set at 345MPa.
