Structural Analysis of Frame Under Working Conditions: Deformation and Stress Distribution

The boundary conditions for this working condition are provided in Table 3. Furthermore, cloud diagrams showing the deformation and stress distribution of the frame under this working condition are displayed in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Based on the calculations, the frame undergoes a maximum deformation of 3.58mm, predominantly near the 3rd crossbeam. Additionally, the maximum stress observed in the frame is 180MPa, which is below the allowable stress for the material (345MPa).
