ARAP1 Expression Changes in HepG2 Cells: Multiomics Analysis and RT-qPCR Results
ARAP1 was selected as the focus of further investigation by integrating the multiomics data from HepG2 and HCC. The results obtained from RT-qPCR showed an increase in the expression of ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) and a decrease in the expression of ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) in HepG2 cells.
