ARAP1 Expression Changes in HepG2 Cells: A Multiomics Analysis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
ARAP1 was chosen as the focus for further investigation by integrating the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and multiomics data of HepG2. The results obtained from RT-qPCR indicated an elevation in the expression of ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501), while a reduction was observed in ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) in HepG2 cells.
