ARAP1 Expression Changes in HepG2: A Multiomics Study
ARAP1 was chosen as the subject for further investigation by integrating the HCC and multiomics data of HepG2. The RT-qPCR findings revealed an upregulation of ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) expression in HepG2, while the expression of ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) decreased.
