ARAP1 Expression Changes in HepG2: Integrated Multiomics Analysis Reveals Differential Regulation of ARAP1-L and ARAP1-S
ARAP1 was chosen as the focus of further investigation through integrated analysis of HCC and multiomics data from HepG2. The results from RT-qPCR revealed an increase in the expression of ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) and a decrease in ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) in HepG2.
