ARAP1: A Potential Therapeutic Target for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

ARAP1 was selected as the target for further research by intergarte analysis the HCC and multiomics data of HepG2. RT-qPCR results showed that the expression of the ARAP1-L (prmtr.61501) increased，and the ARAP1-S (prmtr.61499) decreased in HepG2, leading to the conclusion that ARAP1 plays a significant role in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This finding suggests that ARAP1 could be a potential therapeutic target for HCC treatment.
