Addressing Variability in Biological Replicates and Its Impact on Differential Protein Analysis
Thank you for your feedback. There is inherent variation between biological replicates, and replicate DSL-2 strongly differs from replicates DSL-1 and DSL-3. However, this does not affect comparisons between DSL-2 and other groups, and thus does not impact the conclusions about differential proteins. Figure 2G is a heatmap of the differential proteins. Lane 199 describes the results of Figure 2B, which is a correlation analysis of the overall proteomic data. These two figures cannot be compared as they represent different analyses and do not have a direct correlation.
