西南石油大学与科吉思/RFD 签署 tNavigator 软件捐赠协议，共建油气藏数值模拟技术教学体系

Both Party A and Party B have reached this "tNavigator Leading Industry's Next Generation GPU-Level Efficient and Accurate Numerical Simulation Technology College Edition Software Donation Agreement" through friendly consultation. The specific terms are attached in the appendix. Through friendly consultation, the following intentions for the donation of the College Edition software have been reached: 1. According to the attached College Edition tNavigator Software Donation Agreement, Colchis/RFD Company will donate a package of software to Southwest Petroleum University through the Education Development Foundation. The package includes 13 sets of the latest "Leading Industry's Next Generation GPU-Level tNavigator Efficient and Accurate Numerical Simulation Technology" software released by RFD Company in April 2017, as well as 180 sets of software for undergraduate and graduate teaching and research purposes, with a total value of 10 million USD. The software will be installed on designated hardware devices at the university and used solely for student teaching and research purposes. 2. The establishment of the "Next Generation Efficient Numerical Simulation Software Technology for tNavigator in Fine Oil and Gas Reservoirs" course for undergraduate and graduate students at Southwest Petroleum University. 1) Undergraduate teaching, 2 months per academic year; 2) Graduate teaching, 2 months per academic year. Party A is responsible for: - Obtaining the authorized college edition software license from the tNavigator manufacturer (College Edition Software License Agreement, see Appendix 1). - Colchis will cooperate with the university to provide optional training services to facilitate the rapid mastery of tNavigator usage methods and techniques by teachers, undergraduate and graduate students at Southwest Petroleum University. This will include training 20 young teachers at Southwest Petroleum University. - The training plan is optional and can provide the university with training every semester: 1 week of basic training and 1 week of advanced training. Party B is responsible for: - 20 young teachers at Southwest Petroleum University studying tNavigator technology. - Classroom and other facilities during the course at the university. According to the donation agreement, a software cooperation committee will be established by the university and the company, consisting of relevant responsible persons from both sides. The committee is mainly responsible for coordinating the implementation of the College Edition software donation agreement.
