Renewal of Contract with STNC - Confirmation and Process

Dear Mr. Amol,

Our contract with STNC is set to expire in May. As per the renewal clause in the contract, the service period is 36 months from the start of the service period. The service period will automatically renew unless either party provides written notice to the other party no less than 120 days prior to the expiration of the service period.

Based on STNC's standard practice, they will send us a confirmation email for renewal, and we will reply to confirm the renewal for another three years. Do you think this process is appropriate? If so, I will inform STNC to send the renewal email.
