The Impact of Sintering Temperature on the Morphology and NH3 Sensitivity of BCFZY Electrodes
Morphological variations in BCFZY at different sintering temperatures are depicted in Figure 3. As the electrode sintering temperature is elevated from 1150ᄚC to 1250ᄚC, an increase in BCFZY grain size is observed, leading to a reduction in specific surface area. However, close contact at the BCFZY and BZY-SE interface is also facilitated, promoting an increase in the triple-phase boundary (TPB). This increase in TPB density significantly accelerates the electrochemical reaction, consequently enhancing the sensitivity to NH3.
