Streamlining Communication and Decision-Making: Introducing Master POCs at SQ

In 2022, SQ will have over 20 AM POCs responsible for each Seller cohort, posing a challenge in effectively communicating important information to key business team stakeholders. To resolve this issue, we have implemented changes by replacing AM POCs with Master POCs, enabling more effective communication and faster decision-making. Additionally, we have consolidated all programs into a single bi-weekly meeting to ensure alignment with key stakeholders across all programs.
