SQ Streamlines Communication with Master POCs and Bi-weekly Meetings
In 2022, SQ had over 20 Master POCs responsible for each Seller cohort. To enhance communication and decision making, we replaced AM POCs with Master POCs and consolidated all programs into a bi-weekly meeting for alignment with key stakeholders.
