SQ Streamlines Communication and Decision Making with Master POCs

In 2022, SQ faced the challenge of communicating important information to key business team stakeholders through their 20+ AM POCs responsible for each Seller cohort. To address this challenge, SQ replaced their AM POCs with Master POCs in Q1 to facilitate more effective communication and faster decision making. Additionally, SQ combined all programs into one bi-weekly meeting to ensure alignment with key stakeholders. These measures have helped SQ improve communication and streamline decision-making processes.
