In 2023, SQ streamlined communication and accelerated results delivery by reducing the number of AM POCs to Master POCs. This change resulted in fewer, more high-level leaders serving as Master POCs, allowing for streamlined communication with key business team stakeholders. Additionally, all programs were consolidated into a single bi-weekly meeting.

Previously, in 2022, SQ had 20+ AM POCs responsible for each Seller cohort, which sometimes led to information not reaching key business team stakeholders. This caused delays in decision-making and hindered the ability to deliver results in a timely manner.

However, with the reduction of AM POCs to Master POCs, SQ has eliminated communication barriers and improved efficiency in operations. The combined bi-weekly meetings have allowed for prompt issue resolution and ensured that all programs align with the company's overall goals.
