Streamlining Communication and Accelerating Results with Fewer Master POCs

In 2022, SQ had 20+ AM POCs responsible for each Seller cohort, which often resulted in information not reaching key business team stakeholders. However, in 2023, we successfully reduced the number of AM POCs to Master POC, allowing for more effective communication and quicker decision-making. With fewer POCs involved, we are now able to focus on delivering results at a much faster pace. This change has allowed us to become more agile and efficient, ultimately driving growth and success for our business.
