劳动合同安全监督制度：保障劳动者安全和权益

劳动合同安全监督制度是指企业应当建立的劳动合同相关安全管理制度，用以保障劳动者及其家属的人身安全，以及劳动者的工作权益。

The labor contract safety supervision system refers to the safety management system established by enterprises to safeguard the personal safety of workers and their families, as well as the rights and interests of workers.

劳动合同安全监督制度应当包括以下内容：

The labor contract safety supervision system shall include the following:

1、劳动者的个人安全和劳动权益的保障：劳动合同签订前，企业应当向劳动者提供安全和工作权益的福利政策，劳动合同签订后，企业应当建立完善的安全和福利政策；

Protection of personal safety and labor rights and interests of workers: before signing the labor contract, the enterprise shall provide safety and labor rights and benefits policies to the workers, and after signing the labor contract, the enterprise shall establish a perfect safety and welfare policy;

2、日常安全管理制度：企业应当定期对劳动者的劳动环境和安全情况进行检查，发现安全隐患及时采取整改措施；

6、安全保障责任：企业应当对劳动者的安全负责，并在劳动者安全受到损害时，负责赔偿；
