25% Reduction Strategy: Addressing Upstream Issues for NSR CCR Improvement

Please see the simplified breakdown for each region below (with detailed information in the attached document). Overall, we have decided to implement a 25% reduction in order to further decrease NSR CCR by identifying and resolving upstream issues with the APAC POE team. By successfully addressing these gaps, we can enhance downstream reduction efforts for this year. In order to achieve this, we have aligned our 2023 POE & SQ initiative roadmap, which will be further explained in question #2.
