Optimizing Cargo Aircraft Operations: A Job Shop Scheduling Approach

Designed a sequencing method based on job shop scheduling, utilizing LEKIN to identify the method with the shortest total service time, including 'first-come-first-served', 'smallest critical ratio', and 'earliest due date'. The implementation of the optimal method resulted in an 8% reduction in cargo aircraft delays, as well as improved utilization efficiency of various airport support vehicles.
