Job Shop Scheduling Optimisation: Reducing Cargo Aircraft Delays with LEKIN Simulation

Designed a sequencing method based on job shop scheduling, utilising LEKIN to simulate diverse service methods with the above data to determine the most efficient method with the shortest service total time, including 'first come first served', 'smallest critical ratio', and 'earliest due date'. The outcome led to a 10% decrease in cargo aircraft delays, and an approximate 15% increase in resource utilisation efficiency across all types.
