Job Shop Scheduling & Cargo Aircraft Delay Reduction: A Case Study

Designed a sequencing methodology based on job shop scheduling, utilising LEKIN for simulating diverse service methods with the aforementioned data to determine the method with the shortest service total time, such as 'first come first served', 'smallest critical ratio', and 'earliest due date'. This led to a 10% reduction in delays of cargo aircraft and approximately 15% enhancement in the efficacy of all resource types.
