Furniture Procurement Solution: Streamlining Supply Chains & Saving Costs in Asia

In the beginning, using Asia as an example, each country in Asia had its own furniture suppliers with unclear pricing structures and varying supplier qualifications. Our project aims to integrate supplier resources starting from Asia, providing high-quality furniture to all countries in Asia at reasonable prices. After nearly three years of effort, our centralized vendors in China have been supplying to all countries in Asia, achieving a coverage rate of over 70%. Additionally, some loose fixtures are also shipped to countries like Europe and the United States. In the first year, the project achieved a savings of 25%, followed by 15% in the second year. This year, we are researching design standardization and bulk orders to obtain even better prices. This project not only controls prices but also standardizes designs and improves sustainability.
