Cargo Damage Investigation Update: Monitoring Survey & Receiver's Response

Our surveyor will continue to monitor the survey conducted by the other parties and will also monitor the condition of the cargo. We have already informed the receiver about our opinion on the cause of the poor quantity of cargo. Despite this, they are still insisting that the damage occurred on the vessel and that the vessel should be held responsible for the damage. However, the receiver has not yet raised a formal claim with the amount of damages. We will maintain communication with all relevant parties and keep you updated on any developments.
